HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODE?

Click on the REDEEM CODE tab
If you are not a member register first, else login with your account.
Type in your Player ID and Code, then click Redeem.

Once you’ve redeemed your code, will appear in your account.

How do I redeem my PKXD GEMS?

1. Go to redeem Code on redeem.meplay.com
2. Please note, PKXD GEMS and PKXD Accounts are region specific, which means you can only use the PKXD GEMS codes specific to the region you have opened an account from. For example, if you have opened an account in Brazil, you can only purchase Brazil specific PKXD GEMS for that region/country.
3. Once you have loaded your PKXD GEMS onto your account you are ready to play.

Where do I buy PKXD GEMS for redeem.meplay.com?

You can purchase PKXD GEMS from meplay.com and then redeem the code on redeem.meplay.com

What happens if I have purchased PKXD GEMS from the wrong region for my Account?

Please be careful when selecting the regional code you wish to buy. Once a PKXD GEMS Pack Digital code leaves our secure inventory, we can no longer guarantee the validity of the code; therefore, after an order has been sent we cannot return or exchange it.

Will my PKXD GEMS Code expire?

Yes, PKXD GEMS have a 1 (one) year validity from date of purchase.
